Participant Agreement & Liability Waiver
By registering for The Reclamation Weekend (October 2-4, 2026), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in all activities — including but not limited to breathwork, somatic release, cold plunge, strength training, sound bath, yoga nidra, and fire experience — is completely voluntary. I may choose to modify or opt out of any activity at any time without judgment.
Financial Agreement
I understand that all sales are final and no refunds will be issued. I may transfer my spot to another approved participant by notifying the hosts no later than 14 days before the event.
Health Disclosure
I confirm that I am in adequate physical and emotional health to participate in this event. I agree to disclose any physical conditions, mental health considerations, or medications that may affect my participation. I understand this retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in wellness and physical activities carries inherent risk. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of illness, injury, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.
Release of Liability
I release Jill Howell, Dancing in the Mess, and Lina Midla, Limitless with Lina, their staff, and any associated facilitators from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation in The Reclamation Weekend.
Confidentiality
I agree to honor the privacy of all participants by keeping what is shared during the retreat confidential. What is shared in the room stays in the room.
Photography & Media
I understand that The Reclamation Weekend may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. I grant permission for my image to be used unless I notify the hosts in writing prior to the event.
Agreement
By completing my registration and submitting payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions.
